Using Eleva
By creating an account or using Eleva, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. You must be able to form a binding contract to use Eleva.
What Eleva is — and isn't
Eleva is a tool that helps you read jobs honestly, tailor your own materials, find real contacts, and prepare. It is guidance, not an agent acting for you.
- Eleva does not apply to jobs on your behalf.
- Eleva never sends messages or submits anything in your name — every draft is copy-only, for you to review and send yourself.
- Eleva does not guarantee interviews, offers, employment, salary, or any other outcome. No one honestly can.
AI has limits
Parts of Eleva use AI. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Eleva is designed to be honest about fit and to never invent numbers, claims, or contacts — but you are responsible for reviewing anything before you rely on it or send it. Treat Eleva's guidance as informed input to your own decisions, not as professional, legal, or career advice.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your account credentials secure; you're responsible for activity under your account.
- Provide information that is truthful and yours to share.
- Use Eleva lawfully and don't misuse it (see Acceptable use below).
Plans and billing
Eleva's core tools are free. Paid plans unlock more AI usage. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe on the interval you choose (monthly or annually).
- You can cancel anytime from your account. Your plan stays active through the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again after cancelling.
- We don't add overage charges. If you reach a plan's AI limit, Eleva pauses or runs lighter rather than billing you more.
- Prices may change; we'll give notice before a change affects you.
Acceptable use
Please don't:
- Scrape, resell, or redistribute Eleva or its output as your own product.
- Attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
- Use Eleva to deceive, harass, or misrepresent yourself or others.
Your content and ours
You own the content you put into Eleva — your resume, notes, and materials. You grant Eleva permission to process that content solely to provide the service to you. Eleva (the software, design, and brand) belongs to us.
Disclaimers and liability
Eleva is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eleva is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for job-search outcomes. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Ending your account
You can delete your account and data anytime from Settings → Account. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we'll update this page and note the date above. Continuing to use Eleva after a change means you accept it.
